Q1. Is my order and purchase secure?
A1. Yes. It's 100% secure for purchasing. Your information will not leaked out to the third party. All the data is encrypted.
Q2. How can I know whether my order is processed successfully?
A2. After you finished the process successfully, you will receive a registration e-mail from us is a few minutes. If you haven't received the mail within 1 hour, please contact our support team at Adoreshare online forum to let us know. We will check your order and send out the registration e-mail again.
Q3. What can I get after my registration afterwards?
A3. First, you can use this purchased software with no limitations. Second, you can get the FREE upgrades to the updated versions of the same product released.
Q4. Can I order without using a credit card?
A4. Sure. We also accept checks, PayPal, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. You can choose to pay by check or Money Order or Wire Transfer on the payment page. There is specific guidance for you to process the order.
Q5. What currency can you accept?
A5. Euro, US dollar, British pound, Australian dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Swiss franc, Russian rouble, Brazilian real, Norwegian krona, Swedish krona, Polish zloty, Chinese renminbi yuan, Taiwan dollar, Indian rupee are all available.  
Q6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A6. We are sorry that you can cancel your order. Since the orders are processed automatically, once an order is processed, it can't be canceled. If you need a refund, please refer to our refund policy.
Q7. How to remove the product in my cart before payment?
A7. Just check the Remove-Box beside the product, click "Update". Note that you have checked your product in the cart already. Once the transaction is finished, we won't refund for the reason like "I bought it by error or I didn't know the product is in my cart".
Q8. How to fix the issue with purchasing the wrong software?
A8. In this case, we can exchange for you directly if the two software have the price difference within $10. Beyond this, you need to pay for the price difference for swap.
Q9. After registration, it keeps saying my registration is invalid. What can I do?
A9. In fact, it can't happen. If you have purchased your software and have an invalid registration code, please contact our support team at Adoreshare online forum.
Q10. What is your refund policy?
A10. Once you finish your process and get the registration and download instructions e-mail, it can't be canceled. And we don't refund or exchange products in these circumstances:
1. You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from another company.
2. You changed your mind after placing an order.
3. You requested for a refund for technical issues, but never provided any assistance to our support team with any detailed description of the problem.
4. Refund for part of a bundle.
5. You failed to receive the registration code for the product, and didn't try our "Registration Code Retrieval" wizard.
